Mr. Alling, I need you to work something out for the team. You are the one out of all of us that has the most connections at gyms across the state. I need you to be responsible for setting up a training schedule for us. A set time, set place, same price, same amount of time to train (unless it's on a "train till you get fatigued" basis.) Two times a week would be good.
For one thing, I have some goals I MUST achieve this year. At least on a personal level. I'll need to be training quite often. I'll need as much support from you guys as possible. I'd like for you guys to be just as enthusiastic about training as well... I won't push any ideas on you guys, but if you wanna get down with some hardcore training you'll know who to come to. :)
Back to the subject, Trevor asap work on getting a consistent training location and time. One of them places with just an open spring floor where we can get rowdy and crazy would be best. But I won't be too picky... Be quick my crustacean brother~

I drove r8 far on Saturday to tricks but no body showed up 'till the session was over (except Maxx. He arrived and tricked for about an hour. Thanks for keeping me company, Gabe!) Trevortex, Kyle, and Jim showed up with about 30 minutes left, but those queen bees opted for another gym.
I was left by my lonesome until I called Andeh and he let me stay over his house (thanks Andy's parents :P) and we went to CCG on sunday. We had a nice gym session then went outside and tricked it up in the snow. This is series of photos depicting my emotional disposition throughout the experience.

So today I'm making an entry based off of the overall sense of comfort that everyone on the team is falling into. This comfort (more like lack of effort) can be good for creating a sense of peace within, but guys we are not ready for that sort of thing! Understand that things are happening around us, and we are falling far behind. It's easy for us to look back at the things that we've presented to the community, and feel good about the things we've done. Or possibly even feel as if we're better for whatever other reasons. I also understand that my lack of leadership is also a big contributor to the current problem of the team. But know, this is not the end! Things will get better before they get worse. Tricking can seem like a waste of time, I know. Tricking is difficult. Tricking can consume you. Tricking can depress you. Tricking can make you feel alive. Tricking can make you feel and think many other things depending on your situation in life. But what we must learn to do is to separate our personal ideas and issues, and unify as a team. In a synergistic manner we must progress in this amazing community! One thing that needs to change immediately is the effort that we put into our training. Tricking at such a low intensity is, well... FAIL. Not just as far as power, but more like the courage involved in trying to learn new techniques. One thing is for sure, we are not going to have these young bodies forever. We may not have a carefree situation in which we can try to center ourselves around training. So with that said we must take advantage of our situation and maximize our training! Go big, be experimental. Definitely don't be over critical or pretentious. We can continue to learn, we are always n00bz. Don't let your ego get in the way of being experimental, I am very guilty of this. Or also, don't not try (lol) or use a technique because it is overused in the community. That philosophy will only make you look bitter and hinder your progress. I want us to get back to that progressive mindset, we are being way to relaxed and at the same time pretentious. That is a bad combination. I have to address this issue because it is very apparent how our popularity and "shock value" in our videos is dropping drastically. It's not to late to change, and it's not too late to late to bring the best out in ourselves for our team!

Once again I'll be having to send my camera out for repair! The firewire port on it is broken. So I can't capture any footage!!! I had intended on capturing quite a bit this weekend. It looks as if my plans have been deaded, by the dreaded fault prone HV20... I must say I love the quality of the film and I love all it's features, but damn the faults! Anyways, let's cross our fingers and hope that the repair company can fix it themselves rather than sending it out to canon, in which it'd take like a billion years for it to be back in my possession!
Aside from that I have arranged a session at noon-2pm at that place that's normally from (2pm to 4pm). Somewhere in western Ma. (I've been leaning toward keeping our training plans, contact info, and addresses discreet so we can keep our sessions limited to those we invite. This is crucial in these times.)
Also, please try to refrain from crude language. Haha, well it's all good but just don't be overboard like a DMX track- "or something".

Basic info: I filmed this video over the summer and fall of 2008. I've pretty much spent my time drilling the tricks and combos in this video, so it's all pretty consistent for me. During the period I spent filming this, I was experimenting a lot with my training, and trying to balance it with getting shots for this project. At times I got pretty discouraged, but I've gained the ability to have a productive session pretty much anywhere in any condition (a few of the clips in this are in the pouring rain).
Other info: I have a Canon HG10, which records in a format completely foreign to every editing program ever. Jaime and I spent a complete 4 days on a 2 minute video, trying to convert, encode, edit, and pulverize the mountain of footage I had recorded over the past 5 months. If left to my own competence, I don't think I ever could have converted this heinous format, let alone make this video. Jaime Colon is a genius and I am so grateful to have him as a friend. Thank you Jaime and Hilary for letting me stay at your house these past few days to work on this video. I can't even begin to describe what great hosts you two are and how much you've helped me. You two are the best.
To Team FF: Thank you guys so much for being such an awesome, committed group of friends. Meeting you all is definitely the greatest thing to happen to me. Christian: You are king at like, everything. I really look up to your creativity, motivation, insight, and maturity. You're a really good friend with amazing potential for everything! So yeah, I added some links to the navigational bar, and redid the colors a bit. I also added the youtube feature video thing and made a very basic and new FF logo. It's actually just a font. The splash page is simply just the logo.

I just trained with Furious Trevortex! It was grand and far from home! Trevor is the Crustacean King for sure.
I'm going to the NY Halloween session on saturday. I'd like to leave around lunchtime or a little after to get there early or whatever. I'm also planning on maybe hanging around later if there's anything going on. Is anyone able to come with me? Bring a costume if you want. I'll drive. My car purrs like a cat. Sometimes it has hairballs but that is okay.

I'm starting to think this was a bad idea... ...but in came the dinosaur squad with their tonguing jetpack reconciliation! the world sleeps in peace while we sink another atlantis. Don't get me wrong, it's a tough road but someone's gotta write this stuff.
Ryan has been tricking it up in AZ- This past month it seems to me like he's leveled up multiple times, with no sight of slowing down his progression. His combos are lighting fast and flow like water. I've watched him quickly learn and dominate all sorts of new tricks- starting with aerials and snaking his way into the forefront of the wrapfull movement. He's seemed to have mastered both-legs swingtrus, as well as misslegs and carythrus. ~But don't take my word for it, watch the videos yourself~
I just had a really fun weekend/ week staying with the trickers in New Jersey. I've been hanging out with William T for about a week now and it's been a pretty awesome vacation. We just had a pretty epic gym session and I got to meet Mike and Mike from Team Bagel. I've made some pretty great friends down here in NJ but I miss my FF famileh. I've tricked every day since last Thursday, when I visited Andy R in Cape Cod. I'm coming back wednesday afternoon and I want to get the team together this Saturday for some outside tricks. This has pretty much been the best week ever, Devon and I drove over 500 miles around NJ and changed lives. There were veils to be taken and we snaked all of them. So I would like to say that I had the best birthday ever and it was all because of my extended family Furious Force. We had a trick session, ate chicken wings (except Trevor who ate chicken, salad, more chicken , and more chicken), shared a giant cookie, went galactic bowling, and danced the night away. I love you guys and I wanted to thank you for what you did for me. You are awesome! and I am glad to have you guys in my life :*) Oh and Sean I let you win >:) j/k (and yes this was published by Hilary)

As you know, FF was called out for a video challenge by the NY trickers. We spent a full week training and filming for our response and I completed the hard task of compiling and editing this piece. The newest from our team is entitled, "Pantalones". This is our first team feature of the year!

I've been looking at the pictures the Hubble Space Telescope has taken over the years. Some of this stuff is jaw-dropping. I seriously suggest you take a look at some of the images. In their "large" format. This here is a star about 20,000 light years away from Earth- that means the explosion seen in this photograph happened 20,000 years ago. Cosmic!
Hey ya'll! It was so great to hang out with Luu again! We had a pretty fun session Friday night. At the same time we're trying to get back into the "swing of things". The winter seems to have taken a serious hit to our skills (mainly mine, I suck!). So hopefully you'll see more FS/FF/Arashi samplers!
This was my first time working with HD footage. My computer is WAY too slow to be dealing with HD footage, so I'm working on upgrading that as well. This was filmed with a Canon HV20, by my girlfriend Hilary. I recorded a few shots as well...

OH YEAH, by the way, kids on highly caffeinated products is hilarious! Christian was acting a little more than crazy! Justin didn't trick because he's injured (mild knee injury). Plus Ryan lives in Arizona now, and he just got surgery on his knee. And Trevor came and displayed a crash fest! LOL (he crashed like everything, but I think his feet/toes were all messed up-Luu's also).

Anyhow, today, the 8th of March (holy crap time is flying by)/ Jester, and Maguire will be training at 6pm in WCG! I just found out a few minutes ago, so now I'm trying to make last minute plans for a good session. Maybe this will be a bit of a wake up call/good opportunity to relight our fire.
